Personal thanks to:
My parents and sisters for their love and support and for giving me the opportunity to do what I love.
All of my friends who, over the years, have bashed a knuckle, crushed a toe, or have been “gassed” by the engine exhaust, trying to help me win. You know who you are, and you all mean a lot to me.
