Neil joined Etter Motorsports at the end of the 2004 season and is a great asset to the team. No task is too big or small for him. His focus is the clutch and transmission.
 Neil has always been interested in automobiles, high performance and particularly Dodge and Chrysler products.
Carpentry and construction work pay the bills for his hobbies away from the racetrack. He competes in Car Audio Competitions and has quite the sound system that has won him many awards. He also likes to compete in the occasional “demo derby” like his cousin Mike “Jr”  Bice. He’s also the quietest, and considered shy by the rest of the team. Quite the opposite of his cousin.
